At Beat Niche Records, we are dedicated to promoting, encouraging and facilitating  music development and production.    Doug (Audio Engineer/Producer) & Lisa (Marketing/ Manager)  have dedicated the last 3 decades fostering their music communities through  participation in a wide spectrum of productions and promotions including Canada Day in the Park, PG Downtown Summerfest, Bill Bourne Live and Live at the Cottonwood Club to name a few.   

  Dead Trees Recordings (Steve Oke/Doug & Lisa Denluck) began recording the Cottonwood sessions which led to a compilation album of local performers and the creation of a radio show on local CFIS 93.1 FM radio station.   After the Cottonwood Club closed, Steve and our son had passed, we decided to carry on capturing this epoch era of local music... and "Make Music Happen!"  We are currently at the Vault Studio located in the Q3 building downtown in Prince George, BC.   (also home to CFIS 93.1FM)

RECORDS, is a hidden gem located in the money room of an old bank building , downtown Prince George, BC.     The  studio features a professional vocal booth, separate sound studio and control room with professional grade equipment and gear.

 Full Recording/Mixing/Mastering services are available in house upon request.  

Rates : $75/hr ( includes engineer /producer).

Sessions are booked by appointment only.
